I got to spend Friday with my friend
Sarah perusing estate sales here in San Francisco. I mostly just found small doo-dads that I couldn't pass up: some dishes from Finland, velvet hair bows and a bunch of peter pan fur collars.


We did have some fun the home of an Irish couple, and Sarah discovered an entire box of their old love notes. She tells the full story

I love estate sales because I'd like to think that they help people's stories continue. Hope that Sarah's Tom enjoys this package deal as much as Maggee's Tom must have.
